Hi Erik, if you want to completely uninstall CogBox you can just remove it from the customizations screen. If CogBox is preventing Cognos from loading, just add &factoryMode=true to the URL, and Cognos will load without extensions. On the other hand, if you just want to remove the hotkeys, this requires a little bit of effort. First download and extract the cogbox.zip. Inside the folder is a file called spec.json. I recommend using a tool like notepad++ that has automatic json formatting for this. Do a search for "hotkeys". You should see it inside the "services" object. Just delete the entire hotkeys block. Save, zip, then reupload into Cognos.
In Cognos 12 it's possible to limit extensions like this to specific roles.
Is there a specific issue with the hotkeys that you're running into?
