Currently in Cognos 11 version we have limited support for portlets and getting yellow bar error while refreshing the report,to overcome the issue we are trying an alternate way to create portlets which accepts prompt values by using html and javascript.

if possible can you please give us an alternate way to develop the Nested Menu bar with report names and to refresh the the report in the same page for the selected prompts which in top of the page.
