After upgrading to the latest version of cognos (12.1.1) I've started encountering an issue with dashboards that use the custom css widgets to hide the filter options. The dashboard now just loads a blank canvas and the developer tools show an error:

ReferenceError: createElement is not defined at _0x32526c.renderControl ([server]/v1/ext/CogBox/js/controllers/Dashboard_Widgets/insertCSS.js?v=2821066269:1:30221)

Any advice on resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
